AAJ Garment is a uniform supplier in indonesia, with more than 20 years of garment manufacturing and retail experience.

We provide uniforms to schools, hospitals, and other corporations and institutions in indonesia and the region. Our products include customised woven and knit garments, and accessories like caps, ties and bags. We also offer uniform design and distribution management services.

Our longstanding experience as a garment retailer and exporter has ingrained in us a deep-seated proficiency in garment production and quality control processes. This allows us to manage both regional and local manufacturing facilities, and enables us to offer a balance between quality, volume, speed and affordability that is uncommon in the capacity driven garments industry.

If you’re ready to order, our standard Custom Uniform, Workwear & Safety Wear order turnaround is 1-2 weeks from deposit & sign off? The information we require to proceed is listed below:

How many garments do you want to order? Our minimum order is 100 items, mixed between styles or all one style. (Note: the most cost effective quantity breaks are 24, 50, 126, 250, 500, 1000+)

What size range for each style do you want to order?
How many decorations

How many decorations do you want on your Uniforms? Is there a front embroidery & a back print, a sleeve embroidery or print?
Copies of the highest resolution

At the time of your order we require copies of the highest resolution artwork you have for each logo you want on your custom workwear. For more information about the artwork we require read Embroidery Artwork Requirements or Screen Printing Artwork Requirements or Heat Transfer Artwork Requirements
Custom embroidered naming

Do you require any custom embroidered naming on the Uniforms? If so, now is the time to send us a table of names and sizes.
Express fee for this service

Will you need your Uniforms order any sooner than our standard turnaronund of 1 week from sign off of Finished Art? If you require our 24 Hour Guaranteed Order Turnaround, we need to know at this point. Our 24 Hour Guaranteed Order Turnaround for Custom Uniforms only applies to selected styles and we charge an express fee for this service.
Payment

We will require a 50% deposit by credit card or EFT with the balance payable prior to dispatch. Any order turnaround time we quote only begins once we receive your 50% deposit and after you sign off on our PDF layout. We take all major credit cards by phone or you can EFT your deposit. Simply ask for a pro-forma invoice if you require our banking details.
Email approval

After receiving your order brief and your 50% deposit, our next step for your Uniform, Workwear & Safety Wear order is to produce an full colour PDF proof or layout and send it to you by email for your approval.
Guarantee

Once you have signed off on our layout you will have your professionally embroidered or screen printed Uniform, Workwear or Safety Wear order ready at our dock within approximately 1 week of your sign off. (or within 24 hours of your sign off if you choose our 24 Hour Guarantee)
Bill

We can freight the goods for you and add the cost to your bill. Transit time for freighting goods is not included in any of our quoted order turnaround times.
